On January 31, under the guidance of the Finance Office of People's Government of Jiangxi Province, with the attention and support of the CPC Ganzhou Municipal Committee and the Ganzhou Municipal People's Government, Jiangxi Ruijing Financial Assets Management Co., Ltd. (Jiangxi Ruijing) was established as a financial assets management company under Yintai Group (Yintai).

2017 marks the 20th anniversary of Yintai Group (Yintai). On the occasion of its 20th anniversary, Yintai decided to replace the feast with a philanthropic act by donating all expenses of the scheduled celebration to hundreds of impoverished families in Qixin Village, Zhongtun Town, Zhenxiong County, Yunnan Province, to transform their dilapidated houses into warm and safe ones. Though without a celebration, sincere wishes poured in from entrepreneurs.

After being elected a member of the 11th CPPCC National Committee, Shen Guojun, Chairman of Yintai Group, was elected as a member of the 13th CPPCC National Committee.

On January 19, "2018 China Tourismscape Conference & China Tourism Destination Innovation and Cooperation Summit" was held in Beijing. At the conference, "Shanxi Yanmenguan Scenic Area" and "Zhejiang Ningbo Xikou Xuedoushan Scenic Area", operated and managed by Yintai Tourism Industry Group, made the list of "China Top 20 Promising Tourism Destinations for Investment" and the list of "China Top 20 Family Destinations" respectively.

Beijing Yintai Centre applied for LEED-EB O+M designed for the property management and operations & maintenance of existing green buildings in 2017, and achieved LEED v4 Platinum certification in November 2017 to successfully rank among model green buildings, and become China's first LEED-EB O+M v4 Platinum certified super high-rise complex.

To implement the guiding principles of the 19th CPC National Congress and the Central Economic Work Conference, 2017 Ningbo (Beijing) Investment Cooperation Symposium & Project Signing Ceremony was held in Beijing this afternoon. Zheng Zhajie, Member of the Standing Committee of the CPC Zhejiang Provincial Committee and Secretary of the CPC Ningbo Municipal Committee delivered an address; Qiu Dongyao, Deputy Secretary of the CPC Ningbo Municipal Committee and Mayor of Ningbo presided over the symposium. On December 18, Hangzhou Lakeside Yintai in77 D Zone opened to set off a new tide in the lakeside business district. On the afternoon of December 16, 2017, a session of the 2017 Annual Conference of the Zhejiang Chamber of Commerce in Beijing (ZCCB) was held in Beijing. Shen Guojun, Chairman of ZCCB and Chairman of Yintai Group, attended the session and delivered an annual work report titled “Staying True to the Mission, Create a New Era for Chamber of Commerce Work” on behalf of ZCCB.
